Restoring lives by promoting
H.O.P.E.
Healing, Order, Peace, and Encouragement.
We, here at H.O.P.E. – full Pastures, LOVE children and have a heart for those who have endured childhood trauma, suffered loss, neglect, abandonment, and abuse. We strive to create a safe, therapeutic environment to help vulnerable youth overcome fear, loss, and trauma. We exist to provide a secure, family atmosphere where each child can receive acceptance, a positive experience for children and families to learn about the saving hope of Jesus Christ through animal-assisted intervention sessions in a peaceful, calm, rural setting.
WHAT OUR KIDS SAY
Girl, age 11
Going to the farm makes me feel happy because of all the nature that surrounds me. I like walking the alpacas. I like holding the kittens. I like crawling up on the haystack. I like helping to do the farm chores.
I liked feeding the chickens and gathering eggs.
I walked with the white goat. I like the kitties the best. I held them and they were soft.
I enjoyed brushing and talking to the horses. I liked riding the horse. I liked walking the alpacas even though they were stubborn at times!
There was something magical about the farm!
