Foster Mom

HOPE-full Pastures brought peace to my weary soul! I signed my foster daughter up in hopes of her enjoying her time on the farm (which she did!) The surprise blessing was the Parent Mentor Program. What a gift it was to spend time with other moms who are in the trenches. The childcare program was excellent, too! Thank you, HOPE-full Pastures!

I love seeing and hearing the success stories that are coming from our families. Our family is also a Foster Family and I know the hurt and pain that these children, their parents and families are bridging with them. I can relate. We live it. My children see it. I want others to know they are not alone. That we can help. That we are all in this together and can heal together.

My experience here has made me realize how the power of prayer works in our current troubled families and that the farm is making a huge difference locally. Animals carry a lot of impact on these children.

Foster care feels like you are on an island for parents and child, but it is good to speak with someone that has knowledge.

H.O.P.E.-full Pastures is such a wonderful and unique place. My daughter loved going to every session. She learned how God knows her fears and can help her when she is anxious. The childcare was also great. The volunteers are all so caring and really listened to how our week went. My daughter would love to continue in the program since she enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend this program for any foster or adopted child.
