Christa Carrero: Founder & CEO

Christa's heart is to honor the Lord and live out James 1:27, "Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress, and refusing to let the world corrupt you."  Missionary at heart, Christa is lovingly supported by her husband of 18 years. Mother to 5 beautiful daughters & 3 foster loves.  Christa's heart-beats to see all children come to Jesus, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to them.  She understands the challenges of being a single mother of an adopted daughter, along with the difficulties that arise in raising a family, fostering, farming, serving the Lord in ministry, and homeschooling. Christa has had the opportunity to parent many orphans (internationally) and foster (nationally) children who've experienced childhood trauma over the past 20 plus years.  She has had first-hand experience with how God has used animals in her own life to serve as a catalyst in healing and redeeming that which is broken.
